Welcome to Jiora (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Jiora app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app. Jiora is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

1. Use of the App
Jiora provides tools for creating pet plans, setting challenges, tracking progress, and reviewing completed activities. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities under your account.

2. Account Requirements
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use Jiora. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit through the app, including pet plans, challenge details, or other data. By submitting content, you grant Jiora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely to provide the app’s services. You may not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

• Use Jiora to violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers.

• Access data or accounts without authorization.

• Submit harmful, abusive, or offensive content.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Jiora app, including design, features, and content, are owned by Jiora or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy
Your use of Jiora is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Jiora, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the app will immediately cease.

Jiora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the app, including loss of data or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
